What's Phil Been Up To?
writing. lot's and lot's of writing. i've been working on the same one thing since basically this time last year (actually i started at the beginning of november but whatever . close enough to being one year) :p . it's been super helpful not only because i've gotten to actually work through my characters and their story (because that's what i'm writing soo . obviously .) but also to help me through the mass amount of grief and loss i've gone through this past year ... it helps you to feel a little less hopeless when you feel like you have some kind of purpose even when it's something super small and deeply personal to just yourself (to finish this "first draft")

(oct. 20th) after the loss of both my cats this year, i have once more ended up with a little guy again... i will make a proper bigger thing writing about him and also add pictures of him here but ... i feel weird having a little friend in my care after everything that's happened but it's also been really nice so far (and kinda scary! death anxiety is a bitch! i'm terrified to let him out of my sights until i know he's not gonna try and kill himself on everything!) ...
